Lifesize Icon units are being used in our boardroom to communicate with other boardroom solutions, as well as integrating with desktop and mobile users. This solution has proved to be simple and easy-to-use; improving internal and external communications.
- Icon units are easy-to-use - The Lifesize Icon systems are simple to navigate, specifically when the HD phone is being used. This means placing calls, accepting calls and even recording can be done by the touch of a button.
- Lifesize Cloud interoperability means there are so many options to join a call. Video users can join via a professional unit, free iOS/Android application, Skype for Business client or free desktop application. Telephone users can join from a choice of free global numbers, so there really is no exuse!
- There isn't a massive requirement for it now, but the option for ISDN dial-in could be advantageous.
- The Lifesize Icon camera (10x) could improve in image quality and certainly improve how it looks.
