Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
Lifesize Video Conferencing is used all across the company. It is used daily for meetings and sharing information via the shared screen option. It also allows us to work closer with our offices in AZ, SC, and UK. We also use the audio portion for telephone conferencing if users can not support video. We have started to use it for meeting with our customers and they have been impressed.
- Lifesize is easy to use, install and manage.
- The fact that any user can share their screen makes it a useful tool for sharing information, technical support, and training.
- The meeting rooms that can be set up by any user give us a great tool for seminars and meetings.
- The instant messaging application also helps with quick communication.
- A file sharing, transferring application would be nice.
- Allow a remote user to control the screen when sharing.
- A tool that shows how much bandwidth is being used by the application all the time while in use [would be great].
