Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Recruiter
I used it as a tool when sourcing [for] different jobs within the IT Field. Lately, I use it more to network and stay in touch with what's happening in the industry. LinkedIn is a [great] tool when looking for very junior or very senior candidates and establishing communication with people in different fields.
Pros
- Source according to values entered.
- Provide a wide variety of candidates
- Allows to document interactions and classify contacts according to their response or lack of.
Cons
- Wider categories are missing in Candidates pipeline
- Price is expensive when you are only paying for one person access.
- Charging customers before their trial ends, it's something that happened to me
- It has had a good impact in my organization ROI
- It has helped reaching our monthly goals
- It has provided a wide candidate database
LinkedIn Recruiter provides a very actualized database of candidates, always providing information about their current status on Linkedin. You can source, recruit, communicate with candidates, and document the interactions in this platform, which makes it easier.
