We use it for:

- Deep search and search management capability.
- Strong process management from advertising through to back-end search.
- Extensive In-Mail capacity for the team.
- The search function seems to lack the comprehensive nature of a Google X-ray search.
- If the system could prompt you about similar searches/projects previously run by colleagues it would be a great addition.
- I would like to be able to create message templates in my message inbox - not just from a search project - this would save a lot of time.
- It has significantly raised our online profile - our job ad allocation means we have over 100,000 followers.
- Definite positive impact on completing harder to fill searches.
- Added an attractive benefit enabling us to upgrade our employee value proposition.
