Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Hub
We use LinkedIn Talent Hub to search for , find and interview candidates for new roles. It is used by several departments but not company wide. the tool is used in conjunction with other similar tools, since our departments are very large. the most important goal with this tool is finding appropriate candidates that fit our positions, teams and the culture, as well as satisfy our diversity strategies.

Smart recruiters is a smaller tool, we have been working with two tools alongside, Linkedin being a larger and main one, as it is able to provide more resources when it comes to technical difficulties and support. SR tool has a more customizable interface and partners working with us are able to change it based on our specific needs.
