Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
Litmos is a really great system that we use to roll out all kinds of training across our organisation. There are so many different functions that we use often such as gamification, ILT, reporting, customizable dashboards, user interface is very simple and easy to use, ease of creating and sending out courses, reminders, presenting and housing our own content, flexible for users to use on their own phone devices or on the computer and many more benefits that help us to keep track of our employees learning and personal development.

- Monitoring / Tracking functions

- Costs
- Creating specific reports can be harder to do
- Reporting function (didn't have this before on our last LMS)
- Increased training compliance rates
- Increased employee engagement
Other LMS platforms didn't have the amount on offer as what you get with Litmos as well as it being so simple to employees to learn how to use and begin training.
