Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We use Litmos to hold and document training specific to our function. Litmos is very easy to use and able to do reporting on basically every data point in the system. I am an LMS consulting and basically have used every single kind of major LMS available. Litmos is very simple to use, integrates with any kind of database, easy to validate, and has a variety of feedback and gaming functions.

Pros

  • Ease of reporting
  • Ease of creating courses and quizzes
  • Ease of adding users
  • Ease of navigating course options

Cons

  • we should be able to mass activate or add gaming features instead of having to do each one individually
  • we should be able to mass change settings to courses instead of just individually- these things take a really long time to do individually
  • ease of storing training content
  • ease of access to training content

Easy to set up and implement. Easy for users to use and navigate. Easy to run reports. Customer service is very good, and pricing is competitive. We also added the license of training content to the LMS- pretty good choices, but maybe less courses, but more robust courses would be preferred.
Pretty good, easy to use. SSO is easy to integrate.
Well suited for customer EX but not so much for compliance required tracking and documentation. I would need an enterprise level compliance tool for handling training records which I think is Litmos' weakest area. If you want Litmos to be used more widely in compliance regulated industries, this area needs to be enhanced.
