Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

The Litmos product is used within the business to deliver different training models to different departments and sets of employees as well as onboarding training from the available modules but also some custom made modules by the business. The products is also used to deliver and track progress on required refresher training such as cyber security and data protection.

Pros

  • large selection of module content
  • ability to create programmes with different module content
  • allow to set training schedules to different groups of employees

Cons

  • training on home page makes you go through each tab/category would be nice to have a summary and click through to the different areas
  • UX review, lots of blank space on the content library page making it feel a bit squashed.
  • ensured training compliance across the business
  • easy access to reports for different level of management to utilise
I wasnt the decision maker to use Litmos in the business, i believe Linkedin learning has a more upto date range of content and wider choice of selection for created content. Linkedin learning also have a moden user interface making it easier to navigate the site and find the right content.

Yes

I think Litmos is a easy to use product but some of the feedback in the business has been around harder to find content compared to other content and the content available is better for some areas but lacking in other areas such as tech and customer service modules compared to simialr products.
Litmos is well suited if you have a large group of employees that have different training needs, althought the library is quite extensive it is often not as updated as other products but does have a wide range of selection. Some of the content like GDPR 4.0 and 5.0 have the same dates which is confusing which course was created first.
