Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

We currently use Litmos as our main learning platform for our organisation - every member of staff within our organisation uses Litmos to complete their compliance courses, competencies as well as any additional learning to support their role. We schedule monthly reports via Litmos as our bonus scheme is lead by the completion of compliance modules by our staff.

Pros

  • Incredibly easy to navigate for both users and account owners
  • Continual updates such as AI
  • Detailed support from CSM

Cons

  • Further detailed support from customer support team (raising tickets) - this has improved over the last month, but could continue to develop.
  • Timings of Webinars to suit UK customer base
  • Simplified reporting
  • Increased Engagement

Litmos is an excellent platform when you know how to use it, when you really learn what each function does it works really well to support the organisation. From a users point of view, it's very simple and easy to use.
Initially, we did have some teething problems with our Litmos journey. We weren't using it to it's full functionality and this was letting down our customer experience. We also had a lot of issues with our integration with Workday - which, although with the support of our CSM, were resolved relatively quickly, we still faced a few continuous issues that caused us a lot hassle. However saying this, as mentioned, Oli, our CSM was incredibly helpful and always ensured that our questions were answered and looked in to as quick as possible. Litmos is an integral part of our business, and even with the teething problems, it is a great system to use when you know how to use it - it just takes a bit of time and effort to really understand the fundamentals and functions of the system as a whole and how it can really support the business and our employees.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find solutions to functionalities that you aren't aware of as a UK customer - i.e sending emails as English (US) instead of UK, it can hinder when we are creating/sending emails to delegates for our courses.
