We are a large multi-site, national operator in a highly compliance-driven sector. We required a solution to design, deploy and track large volume digital education across our workforce. Through the Litmos platform we have been able to meet and exceed this ask in a way that doesn't just tick a box but drives engagement and personal development.

Moodle, Access Learning and Fuze

There are a ridiculous number of products on the market, each with their own merits. Litmos stands out amongst them all as it packs decent functionality, quality content, outstanding UX and awesome customer service all within a healthy contract pricing. If you want something that meets both business and learner needs, I believe Litmos does this better than its competitors.

Usability

Although there are some admin and learner navigational aspects that could be improved, we are really talking about a small percentage change. As a people professional, the truest test is how non-tech people professionals are able to engage and administer the system and how learners perceive the quality learning based on look and feel - both of these aspects exceed expectations with Litmos.

Implementation Rating

We have been in partnership with Litmos pushing a decade, so it has been some time. I would say that the pitch and the reality were lined up well,l and the entire onboarding process was masterfully delivered from start to finish. Regular updates, close working relationships and a support team that could work with our nuances were the markers of this project.

Likelihood to Recommend

The customer service on display at Litmos is exemplary and a significant part of why we love the platform. The ongoing releases of new content ensure learning is up to date and continuously improving. The ability to create different branded instances is a real win for group businesses or businesses with sub-brands.
