Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

We have multiple retirement communities for which we need a strong digital advertising presence. Local IQ has been indispensable in helping to manage multiple campaigns for a wide array of communities. Monthly check-ins to gauge performance and adjust strategy is always very helpful. I feel confident that I am in good hands. Everything is turn-key, and I can always check performance via their portal, which is very intuitive and easy to use. THEY ARE THE BEST!

We have multiple communities, and managing the myriad digital platforms we need to be on is hard. Local IQ did a great job of launching us quickly and easily in each of our communities and then managed all the campaigns.
Local IQ makes digital advertising easy. They create an advertising mix that is tailored to my sales and marketing goals. The dashboard makes it very simple to track progress and adjust strategy. Most importantly, my customer service representative provides clear and comprehensible support. There is no jargon, and she explains things in terms that are understandable and actionable.
I have always used Local IQ and have been so satisfied I have never shopped around for another product.

They do a very good job of helping you understand the media landscape and developing a media mix to help you generate the qualified leads you need. Things are constantly changing and I don't have to worry as much about keeping up with it. They are a very valuable resource when dealing with new technologies or ways of doing things.
