Using LocaliQ to purchase and manage our google ads account

For us its simply a matter of adding more dollars and we usually get more leads. The challenge is in knowing whether this is as effective as it could be as I consistently see our ads displayed when they should not be online and don't know how to correct this. I will type in a random lawyers name (who is not even a personal injury lawyer) and see our personal injury ad on the page- why?? who knows. I have concerns that our ad spend is sometimes just spent without it being targeted to our key words alone. Random ads are not helpful. Unfortunately I dont' have the time or expertise to address this ongoing issue and may have to explore other providers who can keep a more accurate track of where the money is being spent, what ads are most effective and putting the resources there and not having them spent in the ether.

I don't find the large number of reports helpful or intuitive. One portal, all the reports with proper names, geography etc. and easy ability to compare over time changes etc.

Assist with deploying Google ads effectively.
They could have more industry specific specialists who know for example the legal market inside and out.
