Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

LocaliQ is how we promote our business on the internet in all forms. We use it for social media, SEM, and YouTube, and now we are adding OTT. After looking at hiring an agency to run all the different outlets, we found out they all use LocaliQ, so we cut out the middleman. We can track all of it both through their reports and our own Analytics.

  • We can track direct increase in sales.
  • Using a product we tried to use but didn't have much luck and showing success.
  • Insifghts on how to use some of the features to save us money.
It does just that. We have seen the when we expand our marketing portfolio with LocaliQ we have seen our sales increase/.
I am not sure about the use of the word usability. Our campaigns are all created and administered by the team at LocaliQ, and we have monthly check-ins. We do not run any of these ourselves, so I am not sure the term usability fits.
It was a disaster of a launch, and we quickly ended it. I hope it has got better, and we will, at some point, start a new ChatBot with one of our existing relationships.

They can work with almost any budget and coordinate a campaign to help extend its reach. They always have new product launching and can target any group of internet users. Sometimes, they do launch too early, and they might be bug-ridden, or one department doesn't talk to another, which can cause some issues.
