Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

We utilize LocaliQ for our digital outreach, and they have been a partner for over a decade, and we could not be more pleased. We work closely with their digital team to execute multiple campaigns, allowing us to provide high performing campaigns for clients without the overhead of a full internal digital team.

Pros

  • Strategic insights to develop high performing campaigns
  • Google Analytics insights and recommendations
  • Our rep - Jolene Hanson - is hands down the best vendor rep we have ever worked with.

Cons

  • I'd like ad drafts sent for approval to be reviewed by the LocalIQ team prior to us. Their internal design team does not follow directions well.
  • A better dashboard. My dashboard has been incorrect for quite some time, and I am having difficulty connecting with the right individual or team who can address this issue.
  • Improved client conversions

I've found that LocaliQ products are very scalable and adaptable as needed. The internal team is very diligent in helping us expand and grow our partnership with LocaliQ
With the exception of the dashboard, which we have been having issues with, I've found LocaliQ very usable and with each review call, I learn more about the function of their products.
I prefer the personal relationships that have developed over the years working with LocaliQ. I like that I have a contact person that I can communicate with directly as opposed to a chat or support ticket.

I have found the team's knowledge to be deep when it comes to consumer behavior, strategic insights and recommendations, and the pricing structure to be very favorable. Additionally, we have used LocaliQ direct email program to target high net worth audiences for major fundraising for a national organization.
