Overall Satisfaction with Lotame

We use Lotame across our digital media company, for targeting ad campaigns and gathering insights into performance of those ad campaigns, as well as users across the site.
  • Audience targeting solution - Lotame has an extensive depth of targeting options
  • Optimizer is able to focus and intensify improved performance on specific KPIs
  • Platform can be slow at times
  • Profile Reports - at an ad campaign level these can be very similar across multiple types of campaign
  • We are able to target our first party audience data to the extended reach network, thus increasing the scope of quantity of users we can engage with our own data. We sell a lot of hyper-local targeted campaigns so this is beneficial to our business model.
Lotame performs extremely well when creating and building audiences from first party data. It is integrated with multiple vendors and ad platforms so we are able to build our own audiences and target them out to our extended reach ad platforms. Lotame does not perform well for measuring conversions. It is also very reliant on manually creating and exporting behavior pixels to measure campaign performance and conversion/profile reporting.
