And if we have a question or problem, we've found that support is quick to respond and amazingly helpful. We use Lotame to better track and reach our audience, and learn more about them in the process. Lotame is a great tool for finding deeper insights about your audience and finding ways to expand your reach. I would recommend it for anyone looking to take the next step in their media strategy to begin using third-party data more effectively. The team at Lotame is also extremely helpful and engaged.

  • Very good client service and hands on support. Good online training platforms & know how centers.

  • 3rd party handling with cross device partners more open.

Well suited for advertising business. Has a lot of links to all relevant technologies. It is also a great platform if you want to buy or sell data and look for quality here.

But you need a team which knows how to handle data.
Less appropriate when you expect a fully managed service.

Lotame is great solution for a mid-sized company that is big enough to have constant, consistant audience; needs to understand the needs/want of that base (both for itself and its advertisers), and needs to be mindful of the price tag (of the DMPs we researched, they were far and away the most willing to meet our budgets).

Lotame is a top solution for audience management. We have been using the technology for last 6 months and it has many good solutions. It is well suited where you have a larger setup of campaigns and huge traffic on your digital properties. This tool definitely makes someone understand audience behaviour and work accordingly on campaigns. It is likely to be the best where business like to know about their audiences thoroughly. This might not be suitable for small business enterprises.

We use Lotame across our digital media company, for targeting ad campaigns and gathering insights into performance of those ad campaigns, as well as users across the site.
  • Audience targeting solution - Lotame has an extensive depth of targeting options
  • Optimizer is able to focus and intensify improved performance on specific KPIs
  • Platform can be slow at times
  • Profile Reports - at an ad campaign level these can be very similar across multiple types of campaign
Lotame performs extremely well when creating and building audiences from first party data. It is integrated with multiple vendors and ad platforms so we are able to build our own audiences and target them out to our extended reach ad platforms. Lotame does not perform well for measuring conversions. It is also very reliant on manually creating and exporting behavior pixels to measure campaign performance and conversion/profile reporting.

  • Lotame has a very intuitive UI allowing easy creation, segmentation, and exports to various partner vendors.
  • The account management team are very knowledgeable and friendly.
  • Their timely response makes their support team a pleasure to work with in escalating and resolving issues in an efficient manner.
  • Training sessions for new starters.
Well suited - An audience based brief for direct sales, we can either extend or enrich our data with the array of branded data providers Lotame offers.
