The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite platform is being used within the context of my organization, to streamline processes across departments, and improve the communication and execution of these processes, thereby making my entire organization a lot more productive. As at this moment, Lucidchart is the most used tool, within my organization, from the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite of tools.
Lucidchart is very important within my organization for optimizing processes, documenting regulatory/compliance protocols , designing customer journey from customer to repeat customer and so on .

Pros
- Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes use of a drag and drop flowcharting approach. Personally, this has made the process of creating process maps a lot easier, faster and effective.
- Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes collaboration when process mapping, a lot effective. As a result of functionalities, such as the ability to create and edit process diagrams at the same time with other users, add comments to diagrams and even use "mentions' to assign teammates to specific diagramming tasks.
Cons
- In my experience, navigation tends to be laggy when accessing or working on very large diagramming documents. While this happens generally with web browser based tools, this is a real problem for me as a Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite user.
- In my experience, the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite platform is limited and weak when accessed offline.
- Within the product and marketing departments of my company, I think that Lucidchart has made it easier for us to identify weak areas in our customer adoption processes, that encourages drop-off in sign-ups or customer adoption rates.
- As I said earlier , the HR team extensively makes use of Lucidchart for employee onboarding and trainings.
- Lucidchart is a key tool in the sales department of my organization for creating interactive map flows, which are important for impactful demo sales activity.
Within the context of my own use, Lucidchart is especially integrated with Slack and OneDrive from the list above.
For Slack , integrating it with Lucidchart has helped to make team collaboration when visual mapping a lot more effective, by making it easier to share diagrams created on Lucidchart through Slack.
I especially love the real time notifications I receive on my Slack app. whenever a teammate mentions me on Lucidchart, using the @ function.

I will rate Lucidcharts very highly in terms of quality and reliability. It is easily accessible to me from everywhere on most web browsers, and as long as I have got access to the internet, it is easy to build visual processes in collaboration with my colleagues, even when we are not in the same physical location.
