Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is used throughout the organization, but I believe my team is one of the heaviest users. We use it to plot out complicated processes, campaigns, and workflows with multiple pathways and options. It gives us a visual way to explain and plot what we're doing as well as gives us a record of what we have done in the past.
- Easy drag and drop interface. Helpful when things change and need to be rearranged.
- Lots of icon options (and you can save your own libraries!).
- Integrates with many programs so you can embed your flowcharts in many places.
- Would be nice to have an auto-scale feature so if you put a bunch of shapes in and connect them, the tool would automatically put them in the best place.
- Sometimes the arrows can be wonky and don't connect in the right places or go where you would expect them to.
- Allows people to see where there is misalignment between conception and execution.
- Reduces the need to have meetings to explain what we are doing, and lets business units self serve if they have questions.
