Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Please see my previous comments about trainings in the "Cons" section of this review
[Lucidchart is used] across the organization to track data flow, document processes, and diagram the network.
  • Detailed trainings - helps users think about the design and layout differently, shows users what the tool is capable of
  • SSO - always love it when accounts allow this
  • Integration with Google Docs for consulting reports - this was a huge benefit and time saver on my latest project
  • I'd like for the overview/getting started tips to reappear each time I log in - until I select the option to no longer view those. I'd also like for the tips to be easier to locate and re-enable.
  • I wish the trainings or "suggested uses" for templates were shorter - sometimes I just need a quick review, but I haven't located anything other than detailed, expansive trainings. I'm sure that is just user error though
  • I wish there was something like "grammarly" for Lucidchart diagrams - basically a program running in the background as I edit my Lucidchart, making suggestions about how to improve the design or flow of information that I am inputting
  • Improved readability and reader engagement of consulting reports thanks to the integration between Lucidchart and Google Docs

I have not yet had to use Lucidchart support.

Google Workspace for Education (formerly G Suite for Education), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Qualtrics CoreXM
[Lucidchart] is "friendlier" with mobile devices than Visio is, so that is a huge plus as it makes editing "on the go" possible. I like that I can set up a diagram for a company, export that diagram and give the company I am consulting with permission to maintain the diagram after my work with that particular group is complete.

There doesn't appear to be a pricing structure for nonprofits or educational institutions at this time. A discounted rate for these groups would be fantastic and would keep pricing competitive with the MS Visio product since MS does offer nonprofit and education pricing at a lower rate for Visio licenses.
