Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's easy to use and anyone can easily get a hold of it.
Lucidchart has been amazing to put the development team's idea to images that can be easily understandable by the client. This enabled less effort explaining in words and more effectively in images. Also, the collaborative feature enables the team to work together and brainstorm to enable new ideas into practice.

As a tool to brainstorm with fellow developers, to get ideas from them. I could present the flowchart to clients and easily get their feedback. Also, I could make changes on the fly and confirm changes.
