Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We are using it as a collaboration tool with a vendor to assist us with drafting project process. Since we are all remote and our vendors do not have a thorough understanding of our process, this was a great way to evaluate process and ensure that we can see what we are talking about as we discuss things.
- cross-team communication
- instant diagram
- cross-team collaboration
- Better way to see individuals on the screen even when hopping between applications
- time savings
- quick turnaround on mutual understanding
Unfortunately I did not use any of the integrations, although I could see the benefit. Our company uses Google Drive and Slack, so the ability to work more collaboratively with all of the tools would be beneficial. The more a collaborative tool can integrate with other collaborative tool is extremely helpful. I will try to use the integration in the future.
The product performed seamlessly. Given that our team, with varied experiences, was able to jump in and start working tells me that the tool is extremely reliable. It also allowed us to not just talk about what we know, but also show everyone so that the team is on the same page.

I think that Lucidpark is great as it really helps with the collaborative piece. Where these other tools fall short is the ability to work with teams on 1 document and create something. With the exception of your basic applications like Excel or Word, this actually allows the team to visually present information.
