Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

My first use was when a colleague shared some swim lane diagrams with me. Almost instantly I would understand how to use the platform. I found the work that was shared with me, opened up the file, made the changes that I needed to make and then he could instantly see the changes. I was then able to share these new swim lanes with my sales team for use in product demonstrations.
The company that I work for recently purchased Lucidchart and I wish I had known about it sooner! I have found it to be the easiest process mapping platform I have ever used. The platform is super intuitive and has a great user interface. The people I have shown it to understand it very quickly. It allows me to quickly produce swim lane diagrams that we use in sales calls to demonstrate the effectiveness of the product that we sell.

I currently haven't used the integrations features
I haven't had to request support so far as everything has been easy to use but I am sure if I needed support then they would be a great help.

A common tool that I produce using Lucidchart are swim lane diagrams, these are incredibly easy to produce and tell a more visual story that engages potential customers. I wish I had known about this during university as I could easily produce data flow diagram for projects, using the tool now I can easily produce them and share them with my team.
