Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The doc tutorials are easy to use, and the sidebar makes it self explanatory when starting to design flows.
Lucidchart makes it easy for me to create easy-to-read flow charts and diagrams for cross-functional coworkers. A lot can be communicated over a flowchart vs a plain text doc.
  • Easy to get using.
  • Add-ins for other tools is very handy (i.e. Google Docs or Sheets).
  • Interactive prototyping would be ideal, vs static flows.
  • More templates.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Helps to communicate very rough ideas for next steps.
When presenting different on different types of tools - slide decks or spreadsheets, it's great to be able to embed a Lucidchart flow, so I don't have to have another tab or link open when presenting.

Great for getting initial brainstorming ideas for design flows - helps to explain domains and hierarchical structures, while easily allowing contributors to comment and make suggestions.
