Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I recently started using Lucidchart and generally speaking, it's been a pretty intuitive step up from, say, MS Paint. The UI has a very familiar layout in that regard. Haven't had a chance to play around with the more advanced features. That being said, there's still a bit of a learning curve with regards to lanes, shape formatting, etc.
Program is being used by several departments throughout my organization for process mapping, org charts, flowcharts, etc. I was asked by the head of our department to delineate the process journey of our white label app. The objective of this was to create an easily accessible resource for other departments to understand the work we do and the hurdles along the way from inception to completion.

None at the moment. Cannot speak for all members of my organization, but we have not been integrating Lucidchart in my department.
The resources are there, but they are a bit diffuse and it takes some research to find exactly what you need. That being said, I've not reached out to customer support directly.

Lucidchart does not have the same organizational capabilities as Figma. In terms of design, Lucid is not built to accommodate app design and development--as far as I can tell.
Any sort of flowcharts or process charts are easy to create--especially considering the breadth of templates. I would probably not suggest Lucidchart for presentations as there are other apps more suitable for that purpose. That being said, I intend to use Lucidchart more in the near future, so I will be getting a better feel for what it can and can't do.
