Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Everything in Lucidchart was fairly straightforward and easy to find. If you're familiar with Microsoft products, this should feel intuitive to sue.
Lucidchart is great for creating P&ID and workflow diagrams. We are using it to streamline development and visualize what is needed where. Easy to use and gets the job done.

  • Improved productivity and communication between departments.
I have not used these features yet. Seems useful.
I have not utilized Lucidchart support yet.

Similar to Visio, in my experience.
Lucidchart is useful if you need to create a visual or a diagram to aid in a process. I imagine it would be good to create a first pass at something then improve overtime. Would be a little cumbersome to use for note-taking in realtime.
