Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

It has definitely helped the team have a clearer concept of the processes we follow. Especially useful for onboarding sessions.

  • Journeys.
  • Team workflows.
  • Adding more graphic options.
  • Adding some dynamism sometimes.
  • Foldable charts.
  • Time-saving.
  • Communication with other departments.
It's very clear, I like it. I still feel the graphic options are quite limited.
We haven't used those yet, but I will!
It has worked quite well when we tried to improvise brainstorming, as it made them more flexible and less strict.
Needs to look less static.

Jira is very helpful for this as well.
Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), OneNote
Good: onboarding, complex journeys and workflows. Bad: more conceptual and abstract explainations.
