Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very useful
Very easy to use. Lucidchart helps with organizing and planning your ideas. I have created multiple process-related documents using Lucidchart and it helped use correcting on our sop documents. It can be linked to Slack and Confluence pages and hence very effective and shareable. Multiple teammates can edit the charts and planning is very easy.
