Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I found it to be very user friendly and I was able to jump in and create my process flowchart very easily.
We use Lucidchart in quality assurance and it helps with process improvement and simply with creating flowcharts of the various processes that we monitor. We were able to use Lucidchart for complaints process, investigations, deviations, and incidents. The problem that it addresses is process improvement and visualizing the process.

  • I would like to see the text box be a little easier to work with.

I was able to integrate the Lucidchart flowchart into my powerpoint presentation for a proposal to change the process very easily and the proposal was accepted.
I was fortunate enough to not to need to use the support.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Cisco Hybrid Cloud Platform for Google Cloud, Qualio
I think that Lucidchart is excellent for the quality assurance department for process improvement. I can't really think of where it is less appropriate.
