Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

While the software [Lucidchart] is language independent and very easy to use, sometimes the menu location and iconography are a little confusing. Users quickly figure out where to find things on the second and third use.
I often need to create functional specifications with global teams where some of the team does not speak English. The use of a tool like Lucidchart and UML Use Cases provides a language independent medium for communicating. The documents are shared across vendors, customers and staff to create a collaborate deliverable that is far better than trying to rely on requirement lists translated from local languages into English.
  • Work Flow Charts
  • UML Use Cases
  • Easier use of templates
  • Document title blocks
  • Notification of changes to shared documents
  • More reliable outcomes
  • Faster time to market
  • High quality documentation
  • Easier product development
While I use many of the products listed, I have not been using the integration.
Excellent online videos for my customers. I would like to see these videos in other languages or have some with subtitles in other languages.

MS Visio does not have the line drawing and object moving features that make Lucidchart better. It also does not support easy collaboration and requires licensing that Lucidchart makes much easier.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Visual Studio IDE, Jira Software
This collaborative, language independent and web based tool makes global design much easier for me, my teams and my customers. The UML Use Cases allow us to get functional specifications from subject matter experts who may not speak English but completely understand the problem they are trying to solve.
