Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Not bad, could use a little more fine tuning. I would like to see more help with stencils and being able to submit requests for more stencils from certain vendors. For example being able to submit a request for the updated Cisco devices. That would be awesome and I feel a great help.
I use Lucidchart to map out network diagrams and flow charts of servers. It has been great to be able to share network diagrams and project plans with multiple people on my team and to outside vendors. We no longer have to worry about someone not having the "Most upto date version" because we're all working on the live document.

The integration is awesome and I've never had an issue with it. In the past we had issues with integration and it not working with some of our applications or outside vendors applications. For example having visio but our vendors didn't so we had to basically make a new, rushed, and crappy diagram for them to look at for a single project.
I've never had an issue or question, yall couldn't solve. Every time I have had an issue the Lucid team were always very responsive and kept me up to date on the issue. I never felt like I had to reach back out to them for updates or that they didn't think my issue was a concern.

Lucid chart blows Visio out of the water! Everything from the fresh look of Lucid, to being able to share documents with people outside of your environment so easily. Even down to the pricing. I always felt Visio was overpriced and not worth it, with Lucid though I see what I'm paying for and like the value I'm getting.

Lucid chart is awesome for sharing documents between people on the same team and also outside vendors. It is awesome to be able to work with the confidence you're all working on the same document and not worrying about what version everyone is looking at.

I would like to see improvements with embedding switches into the diagrams. For example being able to monitor something and a switch on the diagram turning red or green.
