Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is currently used by my department. We have found Lucidchart to be very valuable in mapping out business processes and also creating screen mockups. The user interface is very intuitive and able to easily duplicate shapes and connect them is a huge plus. The infinite canvas is also very beneficial. One key feature we take advantage of is the ability to define an "action" in shape in order to navigate to another web page or even another Lucidchart. We often take advantage of that in order to navigate to a "sub-process" that a separate Lucidchart.
- Alignment of shapes
- Text formatting (font, size, color)
- Copying of the shapes into other documents like PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent selection of pre-defined shape libraries
- More granular control of zooming in and out. Ability to specify specific zoom level percentage.
- Ability to resize all selected rules (vertical or horizontal). Resize works for selected shapes, but not vertical or horizontal rules.
- Huge plus has been the ability to effective illustrate ideas to our customer
- Export to PDF is a great feature and makes it easy to create technical documents
We have not yet taken advantage of those integrations.
