Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is a very efficient tool but sometimes it is a bit difficult to find the style you want to create for the diagram and as I said I would like to have the option to save a style to use it whenever I need it so I don't have to investigate again.
It is being used by the IT department where we share our diagrams and we work together in real time. So then we can efficiently get to a conclusions online like if we had a blackboard. With this tool also we share our documents in folders, that allows us to classify the work we do and to do some mapping of the infrastructures, domains or APIs for documentation and also to work in the future and evolve them. What is very interesting is that you can see the pointer of your colleague so then you know what is she/he looking at in that moment as it is being shared in real time.

  • I would like to have a tool to keep the last style of diagram created for reusing it.

Normally we share Lucidchart with Slack, that is one communication tool we use very often for our team and to create conferences. Also we shared with Google, but we found out that it is easier to share with Slack than with a Gmail message.
I haven't interacted much with them so I cannot tell much about it.

I think it is very flexible, as you can save there notes if you want as well as creating diagrams or graphics you need for your applications. I use it most of the times for creating workflows and sharing them with the team. I think it is very recommended to work online with it.
