Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It is being used by the IT department where we share our diagrams and we work together in real time. So then we can efficiently get to a conclusions online like if we had a blackboard. With this tool also we share our documents in folders, that allows us to classify the work we do and to do some mapping of the infrastructures, domains or APIs for documentation and also to work in the future and evolve them. What is very interesting is that you can see the pointer of your colleague so then you know what is she/he looking at in that moment as it is being shared in real time.
