Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We have interacted with software vendors that have used Lucidspark to demonstrate technical topics to our engineers. We were greatly impressed with how quickly and fluidly a technical demo can be enhanced with Lucidspark. Once you get used to how it works, you can quickly impress others.
  • Multi-user collaboration
  • Clear designs
  • Creation of new boards
  • Sharing your boards with others
  • Integration with Microsoft Teams would be nice
  • More features in the free version
  • More templates would be good
  • Collaborative discussions are more efficient
  • Meetings are more effective
  • Less confusion when troubleshooting with customers
It is very easy to use. It is quick and fluid so that you can create about as fast as you can talk. Before I learned about Lucidspark I would use other less fluid apps like Snagit and Visio to try and do the same thing, and often failed.
We do not use Lucidspark with any of these platforms. We look forward to Lucidspark being added as a plug-in to Microsoft Teams.
Lucidspark is a fluid and highly efficient collaborative solution. It creates compelling diagrams very quickly. I especially like being able to have multiple users working on the same board at the same time. It is a very powerful feature that you will wonder how you were ever able to work without it.
I assume that support for Lucidspark is good although I have never had the need to use it. The platform works perfectly.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

Lucidspark is actually designed for collaborative work, whereas Microsoft Visio and Snagit are designed for other things and thus do not work as well for collaboration. Lucidspark is a great tool for interactive teams looking to take meetings and discussions to the next level.
This is well suited for technical discussions that would benefit from visuals. Especially when the visuals need to be created on the fly during an active discussion. Lucidspark may not be needed or useful if communications are primarily over a phone. Lucidspark could be useful for creating visuals for technical documentation.
