Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very intuitive for experience users in other like tools or just using it for the first time.
It has helped me create diagrams and process flows to resolve departmental problems and collaborate with other individuals within the organization to enhance the process.

Pros

  • Intuitive learning self learning.
  • Easy access and sharing features.
  • Array of tools and options.

Cons

  • Better selection of objects, cross selection vs total selection.
  • Improved Performance.
It has helped leveraging and integrating with our Google corporate suite.
Not used.
