Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are using Lucidchart in Operations, Finance, and HR to diagram as-is processes as well as identifying opportunities to improve for the future. We switched over from VIsio to increase the accessibility of our diagramming tools for users who are on non-MS operating systems. We were able to import files from Visio into Lucidchart seamlessly, so none of our previous work was lost. Lucidchart has been easy to learn and so far we've been able to get a lot done with it in a relatively short period of time.
- Import and edit Visio files
- Provides good guidance and help to get you started
- Easy to collaborate with other users
- Easy to duplicate pages
- Make swimlane titles lockable (so that they appear as you scroll across the screen)
- Give the option to "hold" a copy/paste shape (repeatedly)
- make it easier to zoom into specific sections/shapes
- Increased productivity
- Increased collaboration on workflows
- Increased collaboration across the organization
Lucidchart's integration with Slack makes it easy to stay current on updates and comments on your workflows.

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?
Yes
Visio is a high-performance tool, but we couldn't really use it to collaborate in a team that has a mix of Mac and Windows computers. Trying to get licenses coordinated and virtual machines set up was a mess. It was significantly easier and less expensive to just get a Visio Team subscription and let everyone get on with their actual jobs.
