Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It is being used by executive management for a number of applications, chiefly keeping track of organizational structure and project teams. We have a number of independent and associated contractors, as well as employees, and keeping track of teams and projects is always a challenge. Lucidchart helps us see, at a glance, who is working on what.
- Creates easy to understand flow charts
- Diagrams processes
- Creates trees for chain of command
- Cannot copy and paste from another chart
- Making screens overall larger in tutorials
- Navigation is challenging
- Improved communication by clearly identifying team members on a project
- Given us a better understanding over overall company structure and responsibility
- Shown clearly the ratios of employees to contractors and where they are placed in the organization
We have not used Lucidchart with any of these applications as of yet.
