Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We started using Lucidspark to develop our onboarding program for new hires and our ongoing training program for existing employees. What we did primarily was invest time in sharing the vision and the idea, and then get all departments involved to collaborate on the information needed. We then used the product to share the ideas and build a flow on how we wanted to attack it.
- Makes it easy to organize ideas by color coding and easy-to-set flows
- Extremely simple to use and figure out without some complicated training
- I would like to understand how to use it with Excel better or Google Sheets
- The ability to have one central place to review current process and flow
The integration with Lucidchart allowed me and my team to work processes and detail all of our plans, and then come and share the ideas in a way that it was simple for everyone to understand. With Slack, the biggest benefit was the quick way to get the product shared and ask for last-minute edits!
I will never be able to use a product that requires individuals to go back, and "do their part." As a whiteboard, we were able to open it up and quickly get drafting our thoughts and ideas. The amount of time we were able to save was unbelievable!
