Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The learning curve was about 5-10 minutes. Very simple. I did reach out for help on a few things and was left unattended, which I was hoping for more. But truthfully, my license is so cheap perhaps there's a premium support I needed to sign up for or something to that effect.
A big part of my job is mapping our sales processes--both among the sales team and interdepartmental processes between sales and other parts of our organization. Lucidchart is an easy-to-use tool that is cost effective when in need of a way to map out flowcharts and procedural diagramming. I use it as my drawing board before implementing things on other systems or offices.

Having our sales reps clearly understand what to do, how to do it, the order to do it in, and most importantly, why we do it that way is crucial. Lucidchart has helped myself and our sales leaders map out their sales playbook to ensure everyone in training has a very clear understanding and path to follow when it comes time to execute the job.
