Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
A big part of my job is mapping our sales processes--both among the sales team and interdepartmental processes between sales and other parts of our organization. Lucidchart is an easy-to-use tool that is cost effective when in need of a way to map out flowcharts and procedural diagramming. I use it as my drawing board before implementing things on other systems or offices.
Having our sales reps clearly understand what to do, how to do it, the order to do it in, and most importantly, why we do it that way is crucial. Lucidchart has helped myself and our sales leaders map out their sales playbook to ensure everyone in training has a very clear understanding and path to follow when it comes time to execute the job.

- Allows for quick tool learning and adoption--can't overstate the ease of use!
- Collaboration of diagraming playbooks/flowcharts
- Ensures ours sales reps know what to do, how to do it, what order to do it in, and why we do it. Lucidchart is the single source of truth that owns our sales process
- Better customer support, even though needing help is a rare occasion
- The spacing and formatting can be a bit finicky
- Ramp and growth for new hires using a Lucidchart-built playbook has increased two times the dollar amount and opps created in same amount of time.
