Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

From my own experience I was amazed at how easy a tool it was to use. Prior to using Lucidchart I had a fear of drawing. This is no longer the case.
Lucidchart is used to document business process flows that will be automated. It conveys business requirements to development staff. It is used across the organization. It facilitates the sharing of ideas across business units.

  • Provides ability to clearly document and explain workflow.
  • Makes complex drawings easy.
  • Improved communication between teams.
  • It has made communicating business requirements easier.
It is so easy to use I have not needed support.

It is fantastic for document existing and/or proposed business operations scenarios. It is handy for documenting decision trees for business operations that are intended to be automated. It is easy for the user to initiate drawings and it is very easy for others to participate in review of the documentation and edit.
