Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use Lucidspark to structure async collaboration where solid templates and frameworks are required. Ramp-up is easy. And with the tools and templates, we can kick off collaboration as a group and then work independently. Changes are tracked and we can regroup at a later date to align and move forward.

Pros

  • Collaboration.
  • Sync and async work.
  • Tools and templates.

Cons

  • Integration w/ web conferencing tools.
  • Levels of security.
  • Different price points.
  • Reduced meeting time.
  • Increased meeting effectiveness.
  • Decreased documentation overhead.
Easy to dive in with samples, examples, and the tool boxes.
We do not use these features.
We have not had any issues with the accessibility or uptime of Lucidspark. Nor issues w/ "lag" or folks not seeing the same thing as we work together.
We have not used Lucidspark support.
