Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box

Luigi's Box has been a big help for us when it comes to search results and helping us to achieve higher retention and ultimately a better user experience. Their customer success team was also very helpful in answering our questions anytime we encountered any roadblock. I also want to highlight the integration process as their team made sure we are onboarded successfully and everything went smoothly.

I got recommended Luigi's Box by multiple people from the network and also was remarketed by their ads quite a lot so they were organically my first pick when it comes to such a tool. Other solutions on the market seemed quite old-fashioned and mostly didn´t have the specific features we were looking for.

We use Luigi's Box for interactive search and recommendation, , moreover, it is very user-friendly and intuitive so it is very easy to navigate in it. My personal favorit is that the product is displayed along with an article from a blog related to the search query, making the whole process more advantageous.
