Overall Satisfaction with M-Files

M-Files is used throughout our organization. We rely on the powerful workflow tools to help us manage our internal processes. As a growing company we needed a powerful tool that would help us grow without requiring additional staffing resources. M-files has allowed us to continue our growth plan with great success.

We have an API level integration with all 3 software. The integration was incredibly easy to manage.
We selected M-Files instead of OnBase and LaserFiche. We liked that M-Files offers all the functionality we require at a very aggressive price.
M-Files has applications in nearly all of our departments. We use it to manage Human Resource documents as well as the hiring process. M-Files is the starting point and repository for all of our contracts. All documents are stored and managed in M-Files as well. It is ingrained in everything we do.
