Overall Satisfaction with Magnolia

It is being used to support multiple domains and website to enable us to communicate with our customers. We have over 20 websites inside magnolia and we support a broad spectrum of customers.
  • Workflows and review process.
  • Customization.
  • User interface.
  • Ease of development.
  • I'd like to see Magnolia listen to customer feedback a little better. We have made feature and improvement requests but they don't always listen.
  • Accelerated launch times.
  • Business being able to update content and imagery.
  • Gives more time for development of features rather than spending time updating content.
It has some quirks. There are things that could be a little better but overall it is quite easy to use.
It is quite snappy it gets bogged down occasionally. The workflow email notifications stop working every now and then.
Our enterprise selected Magnolia.

Do you think Magnolia delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Magnolia's feature set?

Yes

Did Magnolia live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Magnolia go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Magnolia again?

Yes

Magnolia is an all around good product. It has some quirks but all CMS systems do. This has fewer, especially when compared to the open source, competitors.
