Overall, I have been using this platform for
some time and I feel that it is far better than other content management software. Clean UI, fully functional, and easy to use for the new ones too. The support staff is great, responsive, and provides a solution in the minimum time. Need
some changes in functionality but other than it is a great platform and I
would recommend other businesses to use this to manage your content.

- For me it makes it easy to create, write and publish content for my company’s websites.
- Fully functional - helps me to design websites on light modules by having great to-the-point content.
- It allows me to access my website inside the system.
- Respond with the proper solution and guidelines of how to do which helps a lot to continue work without wasting a lot of time.
- The main drawback that I faced while using this platform that updating templates and layouts does not support it well, if I change textbook control to dropbox by using any other software, it copies different values and updates it rather than updating the actual value.
- Documentation needs a lot of improvements as I have to fill every single document instead of having the automated system fill out the same system.
- The web-based platform can easily be accessed anywhere at any time by just logging into the platform on the web.
- Prebuilt libraries help to execute information from anywhere and help to transfer it anywhere.
I love its integration feature the most. It easily integrates with other writing and
content management software that I am using in the company already. Easily gets along with them and provides a complete approach to do in one system to save time.

I have used Cascade Server but it failed to meet my company's needs. However, the support staff of Magnolia is great. They are always
available for queries. Listen to the queries properly give some time to
actually analyze the problem.
