User-Friendly with Great Support – A Positive Experience!
Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
I have recently created a new website, including a blog, using MailerLite. Moving forward, I plan to use MailerLite to support my sales process, including landing pages, newsletters, campaigns, and other automations.
Pros
- For me, good, reliable, patient, and friendly support is so important and appreciated. This is exactly what I’ve received with MailerLite. I’ve only had pleasant experiences. I feel I can truly rely on them. I always get a response, and it’s always friendly and clear. They continue assisting until the issue is fully resolved. They take their time to explain things in a very pedagogical way – and with a positive tone
- When I asked about making a global setting that wasn’t possible yet, I noticed they took my request seriously and mentioned they would pass it on to the development team, so it might be available in the future. I get the sense that there’s a genuine effort to continuously improve the features. So, so far, I have only good things to say!
- I really appreciate how user-friendly MailerLite is (building websites), especially for someone like me who is as far from being a developer as you can get. It feels like there’s an ambition to keep things easy to use and to keep improving on this.
Cons
- There are a few small things that could be smoother, like when you write the blog post title in one place and the content in another. However, overall, everything I’ve encountered so far is user-friendly, and I feel there’s a genuine interest in improving these little things along the way.
