Overall Satisfaction with Mailgun

We use Mailgun to send all of our system generated emails out of our SaaS system. We send around 1000 emails a day for things such as user sign up, password reset, action and reminders for all of our users. Mailgun plugs into our system and seamlessly handles all of our email requirements.

  • Manages all of our system emailing across the board
  • Detailed error reporting
  • The UI could be more flexible and allow for custom dashboarding
  • Can't seem to change the sorting in a number of areas
  • Huge time saving tool that frees up time for our team across the board.
  • Very reliable tool that allows us to build a strong brand around reliable functionality
We have only used Mailgun for our emailing needs.
It's excellent for a SaaS service that has enterprise level demand for system generated emailing. It's the perfect tool for our company as it is flexible enough to be customized to what we need as an organization but can also handle varying levels of volume without an issue. I can't think of a situation where this tool would not be useful.
