Overall Satisfaction with MailTrack
MailTrack is one of the most used tools to track email delivery and whether the recipient has opened it or not and, if yes, when they first opened it. MailTrack helps us to track business emails for various purposes. It is not widely used in our organization. It depends user-to-user and case-by-case. But MailTrack surely helps us to track email delivery.
- It offers a free version.
- They update us in seconds that the recipient has opened the mail.
- They send tracking emails more often, even when it is not required.
- They should add the recipient name at least in the free version, too.
- It had helped us to get information about delivery of emails, so we can determine the time required for a response from the other party.
- Lack of integration with mobile app sometimes discourages me from sending emails from mobile that require tracking.
