Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

I personally use Mailtrack to track all my cold mails and/or my important conversations with my clients and colleagues. It's really useful to known in a blink if the mail is received, read, or whatever. The workflow isn't anymore stressful while waiting for an answer or an important information from a technical support.
  • Knows which state you are in
  • Get information about the quality of your mails
  • Clean up your workflow and your mind
  • Didn't see any API
  • Add more specific tracking objects like links, etc.
  • In my own opinion : Stressless life = better business
No idea, Mailtrack was my first try and really fit my needs.
Just what I need, when I need it, no more,
Haven't gotten in touch with them.

I think it's appropriate when you need (or just want) to know if (and when) your mails are read, but if you don't really care or if it's just a comfort feature, it could be a bit expensive.
