Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
I personally use Mailtrack to track all my cold mails and/or my important conversations with my clients and colleagues. It's really useful to known in a blink if the mail is received, read, or whatever. The workflow isn't anymore stressful while waiting for an answer or an important information from a technical support.
- Knows which state you are in
- Get information about the quality of your mails
- Clean up your workflow and your mind
- Didn't see any API
- Add more specific tracking objects like links, etc.
- In my own opinion : Stressless life = better business
No idea, Mailtrack was my first try and really fit my needs.
