Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

Mailtrack provides a highly reliable means to check on your communication and keep tabs on what has been read and if the customer needs to be reminded about the communication. Mailtrack has made our operations more efficient by highlighting Clientele which needs attention.

  • Notifies if email is from an old conversation.

  • Highlights dead leads.
I personally have found Mailtrack to be effective and on point in my 3 years as a user.
Weekly mails regarding new offers, immediate reply in case of assistance requests.
