Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is used for asset management, OS deployment, patching vulnerabilities, Software deployment and management. A use case would be a user ringing the helpdesk with an issue on their device, being able to remote onto the user so you can see their screen and aid with the issue is a big help

Cons

  • Workflow updates could be quicker
  • Agent deployment and removal, overall agent management
  • os deployment - helping with moving from win10 to win11
overall usability for this tool has been very easy, personally only recently started using the tool and feel i am already very up to speed with the array of tools and processes available
